DeepGrade is a Newfoundland software and web studio, and this website describes what we do. The content is provided in good faith and as is, for general information. We can’t guarantee it will always be accurate, complete, or available without interruption.

The prices shown on this site are starting-rate guidance to give you an honest sense of cost. They aren’t a binding offer. The actual scope and price for your operation are confirmed in a written quote after we’ve talked, as the site says.

Everything under Showcase, and the crew share calculator, runs on synthetic data: invented boats, invented crews, invented lots and invented money. Several of them run real tested engines, and the engines being real is the point, but the figures are not. None of it is tax, payroll, accounting, legal or financial advice. Anything payroll related has to be checked against the Canada Revenue Agency’s own sources, and anything that would pay a person has to be checked by whoever is responsible for paying them, before anybody relies on it.

The design, text, code, and visuals on this site belong to DeepGrade. Please don’t copy, republish, or reuse them without our written permission.

Use the site and the contact form for genuine inquiries. Don’t use them to send spam, scrape content at scale, attempt to break or overload anything, or do anything unlawful.

Where we link to another website, we’re not responsible for its content or its practices. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent the law allows, DeepGrade isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This doesn’t limit anything that can’t legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
